Sarawak Liberica Refinement Project Part 4
Together with the Agriculture Research Department (ARC) team, we conducted coffee cupping with coffee cultivators in Sibu and Sarikei, sharing coffee knowledge and the concept of Liberica refinement.
With the assistance of APPGM-SDG and ARC, we were able to deepen our collaboration with the coffee cultivators of Kpg Tringgus Bong by providing them with enhanced coffee processing equipment and drying houses. We hope this area will become the largest Liberica-producing region around Kuching.
We have expanded our collaboration with the Agriculture Research Department (ARC) by introducing the Liberica Refinement Project to Kpg Munggu Kopi, a place with a historical connection to coffee passed down through generations. We look forward to significantly enhancing the quality of local Liberica.
