To follow up the success of our first Borneo Coffee Symposium, The Borneo Coffee Symposium 2025 is set to unfold at the historic Old Courthouse in Kuching, Sarawak, from November 29th to 30th. In response to the urgent global challenges presented by climate change, this year's symposium will delve into the critical theme: "Feasibility and Challenges of Tropical Coffee Cultivation."

We'll place particular emphasis on Liberica coffee, Excelsa coffee, and emerging new coffee species, exploring their vital roles in future-proofing the coffee industry against a changing climate. Join us as we cultivate discussions and solutions for a sustainable coffee future.

WhateverThis competition is more than just a contest; it's a celebration of Liberica Coffee and the incredible community behind it. We aim to discover and showcase brewing talents who possess a deep, holistic understanding of the coffee they brew. We're looking for teams that can connect the dots from farm to cup—appreciating the coffee’s unique terroir, the producer’s hard work in cultivation and processing, and the rich local coffee history and culture. it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
