Cupping Session with Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters

There's always something new to discover in a cupping session. Last week, our barista happily joined a cupping session conducted by Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters.

Beans from different roasters were cupped in a blind setting. It was an experience full of surprises and diversity. Specialty coffee that made an impression here are mostly toward lighter roasts , full of fruity complexity while being very clean on nuance clarity with a pleasant after-taste.

Cupping is a crucial aide when it comes to important buying, roasting, and blending decisions. A session with the top players and coffees really gave us more insight into what makes a cup of coffee divine.
