In our commitment to refining coffee processing methods suitable for Sarawak's high rainfall and humidity, and to elevate the quality of Liberica coffee products, we've recently achieved the prestigious Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) Q Processing Level 2 Robusta Professional certification. This certification, although primarily associated with Canephora (Robusta), serves as a crucial step in our pursuit of excellence for Liberica.

While acknowledging nuanced differences between Canephora and Liberica coffee, we are confident that leveraging distinct microbial approaches and incorporating advanced processing techniques will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall quality of Liberica coffee beans.

Looking ahead, we are set to embark on a series of extensive, long-term experiments in collaboration with the local Department of Agriculture. These experiments will delve into various Liberica coffee fermentation methods, coupled with meticulous coffee quality assessments. The ultimate goal is to strategically position Liberica towards the specialty coffee market segment.
