Earlier Single Origin Coffee Packaging

Single origin coffee roasting and brewing has always been our passion. Coffees from different regions are carefully crafted by our Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA ) certified roaster to bring out unique characters that we favour the most in each coffee.

Freshly roasted single origin beans are now packed on shelf for home brewers. We will curate a different range of beans every season.

Some basic tips for home brewers:

-Buy fresh coffee beans

-Always grind on demand for each brew

-Find a consistent coffee to water ratio (we prefer 1:16~1:18 depending on roast profiles)

-Adjust to optimum grind size on a burr grinder for different brewing devices (e.g. medium for pourover, coarse for plunger...)

-Have fun
