配方:砂拉越赖比瑞卡,砂拉越阿拉比卡,巴西阿拉比卡

生长于婆罗洲岛上特殊雨林气候及土壤的阿拉比卡(Arabica)及赖比瑞卡(Liberica)再特调以巴西阿拉比卡混合而成的招牌雨林咖啡混合豆。中度烘焙,具有丰富饱满的味谱,具有烤核桃、奶油香、及些微胡椒风味,尾韵悠长。

烘焙度:中深焙

風味: 烤核桃,奶油香,微胡椒         

 

A Direct Trade Coffee

It was first discovered in 1872 in Sierra Leone, Coffea Liberica is the third biggest species that came from West-Africa. The second Rajah, Charles Brooke, was the one to introduce Liberica to Sarawak (Northern Borneo).

Borneo has some of the most exotic coffees found amid its diverse rainforests. Liberica has been flourishing here, some cultivated by the indigenous people while others thrived in the wild and expanded into different varieties that the world had never seen or tasted.

Liberica has the highest sugar content and the most complex aromas of any type of coffees but only accounts for less than 1 per cent of the global market share, and only a few countries in Asia and Africa grow the species commercially today.

 

砂拉越赖比瑞卡单品咖啡豆 (直接贸易咖啡)

赖比瑞卡是三大咖啡品种中最稀有的一个种类,主要盛行于东南亚等地。而生长于婆罗洲北部砂拉越州雨林中的赖比瑞卡咖啡,更是此间稀品。本品由曾使用于第一届「全球赖比瑞卡咖啡烘焙赛」指定赖比瑞卡咖啡生豆经过精心烘焙而成。咖啡带有明显热带水果发酵风味与饱满的甜感。

处理法:日晒

烘焙度:中焙

风味:甘草,肉桂,棕榈糖

 

A Direct Trade Coffee from Lawas Highland

The producer of this exclusive Arabica from Sarawak, Borneo, Lawas Highland Estate is also a good friend of ours, who started the project of growing quality Arabica in the suitable highlands of rural Sarawak since 2014.

Arabica coffee is very rare to find in Malaysia and is supplied in very limited quantity. However, we take every opportunity to support local coffee cultivation.

唯一生长于马来西亚砂拉越州雨林Lawas地区的阿拉比卡咖啡。中度烘焙,口感平衡,带有黑巧克力、椰糖风味及些许丁香尾韵。

海拔:989-1003米

处理法: 水洗

烘焙度:中深焙

风味:黑巧克力,棕榈糖,微丁香
